Physician Assistant Program Group Request

Thank you for your interest in Physician Assistant Studies at Case Western Reserves University's School of Medicine. We are happy to take your request for a group visit, virtual or in-person. CWRU's Physician Assistant Studies Program welcomes scheduled group visits on Mondays and Fridays, with the visits beginning at 10:30 a.m. Please note, that we prefer at least (10 business days) prior notice so that we can be well prepared for your group!

We can accommodate requests for in-person visits and virtual programming on Mondays and Fridays starting at 10:30 a.m. We will not facilitate visits on major holidays as our campus is completely closed.

How many students will be in attendance?

The program asks that you have a minimum of 10 students in attendance and a maximum of 30 students in attendance. High school-aged visitors will require at least one chaperone to be present.
