Impact Talk: The Evolution of My Social Work Career with Norman Sohn, PhD (SAS ‘68)

Dr. Sohn will reflect on the journey of his 57-year career in social work. He will discuss how and why he initially chose social work as a profession, his acceptance into and experiences at The Mandel School, and the ways his career evolved across different roles, settings, and stages of life. He will also explore how this long and varied career has not only shaped his professional identity but has profoundly enriched his personal life, values and sense of purpose.
